The SQL optimized rate and boundary import can create statewide exempt schedules that have no descriptions on the first import, which can be removed in next import. This has only happened with SQL optimized imports.
If you have been affected by this issue, using ZIP Code schedules for single rate states or importing non optimized will create the schedules with their descriptions.
This was identified and fixed in build 79.
