Prior to build 74 DZ00800, DZ00900 and DZ40400 were system tables and were moved to the company database effective with build 74. Anyone upgrading from build 73 or earlier can have a situation where rights don't get created for users for those tables. Running the Grant.sql procedure takes care of the problem.
