Make it optional to use exempt schedules for nontaxable items

Prior to this update, using exempt schedules for nontaxable items was not optional. This could create a problem when using custom tax schedules. Also, if the exempt tax schedule did not exist, it could result in the line-item having no tax schedule.¹⁾

Using exempt schedules for nontaxable items is now an option that can be set in the DynamicZip Setup window.
