Verify Rates & Boundaries

This process reads the rate & boundary import source file (referred to herein as the flat file) and attempts to select a tax schedule for each address included in the flat file and then compares the rate in the flat file with the selected tax schedule's rate. The results of this test will show you how many successful matches were found and how many of those were:

• the only choice for that address.
• the default choice for that address.
• manually selected from the available choices for that address, i.e., the verify process had to scan through the available choices to find a match.
• no match was found.

As of Build 74, the Verify Rates and Boundaries process replaces the Flat File Test that was available in earlier builds.
