Microsoft Dynamics GP uses Tax Option to set an items taxability. One of the choices is Nontaxable. When this option is selected, Microsoft Dynamics GP does not add any tax details or calculate any tax on the item. The DynamicZip Tax by Item Category feature will bring in an Exempt Tax Schedule for nontaxable items as this provides for more accurate and complete tax reporting.
