How is the determination made to remove obsolete tax schedules?

Obsolete Tax Schedules will be removed only if all of the following are true:

The first 5 characters of the tax schedule ID = a ZIP Code included in the current import.
The first 2 characters of the tax schedule description = a state code included in the current import.
The tax schedule ID is not one of the tax schedule IDs being created or imported by the current import.
