Transactions > Sales > Sales Transaction Entry > Customer ID expansion button
Use the Sales Customer Detail Entry window to update a customer's shipping and billing information. The changes you enter in this window will affect only the current transaction. To make permanent changes to the customer record, make them using the Customer Maintenance window.
If you're viewing a prospect customer record in this window, some of the fields and buttons won't be available because they don't apply to prospect records.
