Before contacting Kamp-Data's technical support, please search the [[dynamiczip:troubleshooting:issues:Known Issues]] for documentation on your error. If your error is not documented on this website, then please try printing the report with and without SQL Optimized enabled. Quite often, the non-SQL Optimized reports can still successfully print when the [[dynamiczip:reports:SQL Optimized Reports]] fail with an error.

The next step should be to notify Kamp-Data's Technical Support of your error via e-mail. See [[kampdata:contact_us|Contact Us]] for more information. Please send a brief description of your situation, the results you have found so far and if you can, please provide screen prints of your error message(s) and the [[dynamiczip:windows:DZ Report Options window]].
