This table((Added with [[dynamiczip:install:mods:release:build70:build70|Build 70]].
)) contains a record for each contiguous group of Plus4's having a common [[dynamiczip:glossary:Tax Location]] for each ZIP Code included in the import that is not for a single rate state. 

The table is populated by the [[dynamiczip:features:import:rate_and_boundary_import|rate & boundary import]] but only if the optional [[dynamiczip:features:zip4_option|Zip+4 Option]] is enabled and the [[dynamiczip:glossary:zip_plus_4_file|ZipPlus4.txt]] file exists in the [[dynamiczip:glossary:import_folder|Import Folder]].
 
The table is used by the Zip+4 Option to identify the Tax Location county based on the ZIP+4 in the address.\\
