===== Data Model Changes =====
The following fields were modified with build 72:

  * **KDCanada** was replaced with **KDCountryCodeCanada** (Used to identify the country code to be used for Canadian Addresses. Previously we used the country name rather than the country code.)
  * **KDUSA** was replaced with **KDCountryCodeUSA** (Used to identify the country code to be used for United States Addresses. Previously we used the country name rather than the country code.)
