======Base TX Freight On Lines======

You may be required to only pay tax on freight charges in Texas when a sales document contains at least one taxable line item.  In this situation, totally nontaxable documents do not have tax on freight.

 can be enabled to handle the above situation, collecting Texas sales tax on freight only when one or more line items are being taxed.
