Using SOPTypeToInt() instead of itemdata() to retrieve SOP Type for [[dynamiczip:glossary:DZ Extended Tax Recalculation]].

SOP ship-to address modification now returns focus to Tax Schedule ID automatically triggering [[dynamiczip:features:schedule_assignment:Tax Schedule Selection]].
