====== Create SQL Tables ======

This release fixes a problem that occurred when creating DynamicZip tables and stored procedures and granting rights to same when the SQL Server installation was set to use a [[dynamiczip:install:mods:release:build71:sql_case_sensitive_sort_issues|binary sort order]]. The system database had been set to "Dynamics" instead of "DYNAMICS".
