The tax schedule description is a field that provides the State, County, and City information for a given [[dynamiczip:glossary:Tax Schedule]].

==== Position 1-3 ====

  * The two letter state code followed by a space.

==== Position 4-30 ====

  * Statewide Tax Schedule
    * The state name.
  * Countywide Tax Schedule
    * The county name followed by "co".
  * City Tax Schedule
    * The city name followed by a comma and a space.
    * The county name.

**Note:** The contents of positions 4-30 are subject to truncation if the city name and county name exceed the maximum length of Microsoft Dynamics GP tax schedule Description field (30 characters).

  * An "X" if the description is for an [[dynamiczip:glossary:Exempt Tax Schedule]]
