======Print on Documents======

The [[dynamics:windows:Tax Detail Maintenance window]] includes the option to "Print on Documents". This option is useful if you want certain tax detail information to print on documents such as invoices. The information to be printed can include a one character code that can be specified in the Tax Detail Maintenance window next to the Print on Documents checkbox.

The [[dynamics:dynamics|Microsoft Dynamics GP]] documentation seems a little weak on this feature, but testing indicates that in order to print the tax detail information on the documents, the tax details to be printed must have the Print on Documents checkbox selected and when printing the documents, you must select the Include Tax Details checkbox on the [[dynamics:windows:sales_document_print_options_window|Sales Document Print Options window]]. The one character code is optional.
