====== Does the Rate & Boundary Database need to be downloaded on each workstation? ======
No. The [[dynamiczip:glossary:rate_and_boundary_database|Rate & Boundary Database]] import updates the tax details, schedules, and supplementary tables on your server. A single import on a single workstation (or on the server) will update the tax data for all users in that particular company. 

**NOTE:** If you have additional companies, you will need to run the update once in each company.
