====== How do I disable/enable DynamicZip ======

**IMPORTANT:** Disabling a company using [[dynamiczip:windows:DZ System Setup window]] is effective system-wide. 

There may be times when you will need to disable DynamicZip for troubleshooting or testing purposes. 

====Disable DynamicZip per workstation:====

  - Open the Customization Status window (Tools >> Customize >> Customization Status). 
  - Choose DynamicZip from the list.
  - Click Disable.
  - Using this method, DynamicZip __//will stay disabled until you enable it during your current session//__. However, if DynamicZip is still disabled when you close Microsoft Dynamics GP it will be re-enabled automatically when you start Microsoft Dynamics GP the next time. To enable during the current session, follow the steps above, except this time click Enable. 

====Disable DynamicZip System Wide:====

  - Open the DZ System Setup window. 
  - Clear the check box next to the company you want DynamicZip //disabled// in, and close the window. 
  - Using this method, DynamicZip __//will stay disabled until you enable it again//__, even after closing Microsoft Dynamics GP. 

====To enable DynamicZip:====

  - Open the DZ System Setup window 
  - Put a check in the check box next to the company you want DynamicZip //enabled// in, and close the window.
